probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019aptitude\/inaptitude au travail,<\/li>\n<li>les proc\u00e9dures de rupture du contrat de travail (rupture conventionnelle, licenciement disciplinaire, \u00e9conomique, pour motif personnel non disciplinaire, pour inaptitude\u2026),<\/li>\n<li>la gestion d\u2019un accident du travail,<\/li>\n<li>la pr\u00e9vention et la gestion des probl\u00e9matiques de sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et notamment la gestion des risques psycho-sociaux (DUER, r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur, harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel et agissements sexistes, p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019audit social d&rsquo;une entreprise (pr\u00e9paration de cession ou projet de rachat mais aussi l&rsquo;audit des pratiques RH internes),<\/li>\n<li>les relations avec les syndicats et les instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel,<\/li>\n<li>la n\u00e9gociation transactionnelle (stade
